Dr. Mark C. TeKrony
Dr. Mark C. TeKrony earned his M.D. from the University of Medicine
and Dentistry of New Jersey in Piscataway, New Jersey in 1999 and simultaneously,
earned his Ph.D. from Rutgers University in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering.
He interned at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey,
and completed his residency in neurology at the University of Virginia Health Sciences
Center in Charlottesville, Virginia. From 2002 - 2003 he was chief resident in the
Department of Neurology at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center in
Charlottesville, Virginia. He completed his neuromuscular/electromyography (EMG)
fellowship at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Dr. TeKrony entered private practice at the Neurology Center of Fairfax in 2004.
He has a special interest in nerve and muscle disorders, electromyography (EMG's),
botulinum toxin therapy, neck and back pain, and movement disorders. He can be
seen at our Reston location.
