Michelle Smith, NP
Michelle Smith, NP is a Nurse Practitioner who joined the Neurology Center
of Fairfax in 2005. She works under the supervision of Dr. James P. Simsarian and Dr.
Marco D. Castro seeing patients with neurological disorders. She predominantly treats
patients with Multiple Sclerosis, memory loss including Alzheimer's disease, neuropathy,
migraine headaches and seizures.
Ms. Smith received her nursing degree and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt
University in Nashville, Tennessee. She has extensive experience as a nurse practitioner
and worked as a renal transplant coordinator prior to joining the Neurology Center of Fairfax.
She is also a member of the International Organization of Multiple Sclerosis Nurses.
