Botulinum Toxin Treatments

Botulinum toxin therapy is approved for certain nerve and muscle conditions, spasticity and for certain headache patients. Because botulinum toxin therapy involves use of a toxin and is relatively expensive, rigorous pre-authorizations are required from your insurance company before therapy can be provided. Pre-authorization is a two-step process to protect patients both clinically and financially. Arrangements can also be made for private payment of botulinum toxin therapy.
